He immediately went into action and ordered a toilet of my choosing and provided excellent communication through the entire replacement process. He was sincerely concerned about getting our project done. It rare to find a company that will back their work to this extent even when the job turns problematic. Bravo to Fernando for being a stand up guy. The job is done and he did an outstanding job with the installation. Highly recommended.

Saw that this company had lots of good comments on Nextdoor- so googled and yelpped them and they had all 5 stars. Called them about a water heater replacement in a historic home, in the pit basement - "no problem". The price was solid - less than some others I called - and I was given a not to exceed number - which I appreciate! Fernando showed up on time, kept to schedule, and was super polite and knowledgeable. He checked his work, showed me everything, registered my warranty, and didn't leave a big mess. Would absolutely recommend to others.
